70th Annual July 4th CarnivalCarnival, fireworks, youth games, rides, games, food, prizes, and family fun at Hastings Park and the Center Recreation Complex in Lexington, Massachusetts. 2026 Carnival Dates: Wednesday, July 1 through Sunday, July 5, 2026.
2026 ScheduleThe Carnival is open to the public during the public Carnival hours listed below. The Wednesday afternoon special needs session is a private pre-registered session before the public Carnival opens at 6:00 PM. Opening and closing times are approximate. Fiesta Shows and the Lexington Lions Club reserve the right to change opening or closing times without notice or reimbursement to attendees. It is not our intent, but sometimes things change. Special Needs SessionThe Lexington Lions Club welcomes pre-registered groups and families with special needs on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Print Special Needs Session Flyer This session is before the public Carnival opens at 6:00 PM. Event HighlightsFireworksThursday, July 2, 2026 at approximately 9:30 PM. Fireworks start time depends on weather and safety conditions as determined by the Lexington Fire Department. Free Olde Fashioned Youth GamesSaturday, July 4, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Free youth activities are scheduled from 10:00 AM to Noon on the Softball Field at Center Recreation Complex. Volunteer OpportunitiesThe Carnival depends on Lions members and community volunteers. Please visit the volunteer page for the current signup status and contact information. Photos Money Saving Discount DaysOnline purchases are available through Fiesta Shows.
Visit Fiesta Shows Wristbands are not required to enter the Carnival. Individual ride credits can be purchased on-site. The prices below are for unlimited ride options only. Gate Fee: $3.00 per person; children under 6 are free. The MegaPassUnlimited mechanical rides for the entire day of your choice.
Special Discount Wristband Dates and TimesThe wristband is good only for the specific date and time block listed on your selected wristband. Subject to change: Special discount wristband dates and times may change. Please check the Fiesta Shows website for finalized dates and times before purchasing or attending.
Important: All ticket sales, refund rules, ride restrictions, and operating policies are controlled by Fiesta Shows. All sales are final. No refunds are issued due to weather. Rides, foods, games, and attractions are subject to change.
Fun, Games, Rides, Food, and PrizesEnjoy fun-filled rides, games, attractions, food, prizes, and community celebration throughout the Carnival. As usual, the Lions will have a Hospitality Tent. In addition, the Information and Safety Trailer will be staffed with Lions members and an Emergency Medical Technician during Carnival hours. Supporting the Lexington Lions ClubThe July 4th Carnival is one of the Lexington Lions Club's signature annual fundraisers. Proceeds help support local charitable causes, community service projects, and the Lions Club's broader mission of service.
