Lexington Senior High  / Minuteman Regional High School Scholarships

 

The Lions Scholarship Committee will select the recipients for scholarships based on a review of the the Lions Club Scholarship application and all required documents as indicated by the Instructions below.

Instructions 

 

Deadline: Scholarship Application and all supporting documents must be submitted by April 1, 2024.

 

Lions Scholarship Criteria: 

The Lions Club of Lexington provides scholarship funding to high school seniors accepted at or attending an accredited college or university. Qualified applicants must demonstrate a commitment to community service, have financial need, and academic excellence. Preference will be given to Lexington residents, graduates of either Lexington Senior High School or Minuteman Regional High School, as well as those applicants interested in pursuing a vocational technical major.

Requirements : All applicants must submit Lions Scholarship Application, the prior year 1040 (IRS) from each parent or guardian, an academic transcript, and one letter of support ( from a LHS/MRHS faculty member, or guidance, or clergy member).  Please x out any social security numbers on your 1040's.

 

Lexington High School applicants must also complete the LHS on-line google application.  Completing this application will ensure the LHS guidance office will submit your transcript and support letter to the Lions Club.   LHS on-line Application link

 

 

Minuteman Regional High School applicants should contact the guidance office to ensure your transcript and support letter will be submitted to the Lions Club.

 

Other : Interviews may be required. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
